Summary: Centro Shopping Kabulonga is a 7,000 square metre mall anchored by Pick and Pay, Woolworths and Mr. Price.  Developed by Pylos through a long term lease from the Zambian Anglican Council.
Kabulonga Mall Centro is the first development undertaken by Pylos in Zambia. Pam Golding Properties were engaged by the Zambian Anglican Council to secure a developer for the land.  This is the first development of its kind under the Zambian Anglican Council.  The mall is built on what was previously known as the ZAC offices.  The development now creates a long term dependable income stream for the Anglican Church as well as the first development for Pylos in Zambia.  Pam Golding Properties has provided further services in leasing and property management for the centre.
